The impact you will have

 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for all functions and levels at Arjo’s headquarters in Malmö. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to global initiatives such as employer branding and diversity and inclusion, helping us strengthen Arjo’s reputation as an attractive employer.



Key duties and responsibilities

 

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

 

  • Partner with hiring managers across all levels to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advise managers on best practices for selection and assessment.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure alignment with overall talent strategy.
  • Support and participate in global initiatives, such as:
    - Employer branding activities.
    - Contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition.
    - Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

 

 

Qualifications and experience

You bring a strong background in recruitment and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Ideally, you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment for a wide range of roles and levels.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media platforms.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
