Position: Marketing Support Specialist (Summer Intern)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Duration: Four (4) months (May to September)
Compensation: $25 per hour

The impact you will have
As a Marketing Support Specialist (Summer Intern), you will play a key role in the Marketing Department, supporting commercial activities and participating in two strategic projects of importance to the organization.
As the Marketing Support Specialist (Summer Intern), you will be responsible for:
- Optimize the performance of Arjo’s CRM platform (SalesForceDotCom) through improvements in data integrity.
- Collaborate with the CRM Administrator and sales teams to update contacts, remove inactive accounts, and update missing fields to enhance data accuracy.
- Communicate with prospects via telephone or email, providing technical information and quotes. Engage with Product Managers for product-related support as required.
- Develop sales opportunities for the consumables business by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Collaborate with Customer Care by transferring orders for fulfilment.
The skills you will need
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a Canadian accredited college or university.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs.
- Sales experience not required, but preferred.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
