The impact you will have

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, delivery, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle with the collective objective of making a significant revenue contribution. The position is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for the product or portfolio based on insights from internal stakeholders, customers, market research, and industry insight. Your skills will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges and increase the quality of life for residents, patients, and caregivers.

 

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Create, develop, and manage the strategic direction of the designated product and services portfolio across segments, with the objective to increase market share and contribute to the overall financial ambition of the business.
  • In collaboration with the Segment Marketing Manager, develop local strategic initiatives that maximize sales force effectiveness and overall penetration of product portfolio.
  • Translate product strategy into a detailed tactical plan with KPIs that will be tracked and reported on a regular basis.
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and in-market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Create product planning documents; business cases, launch plans, PDPs, OEMs, etc.
  • Responsible for supporting all inquiries regarding the portfolio, including promotion, technical development, product training, RFPs, customer interface, exhibit planning and presence, competitive surveillance, launch planning, and execution
  • Collaborate closely with internal Global and Local stakeholders in the development, QRC and release of products.

 

The skills you will need

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management and/or marketing experience preferably in the Healthcare/Medical device industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field or an equivalent amount of industry experience.
  • Experience of marketing with either established or developing public and private healthcare providers.
  • Proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release through to cessation.     
  • Strong presentation skills accompanied with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to plan, set objectives, measure performance, provides direction and builds a culture of employee involvement at all levels.
  • Solid track record of leading, developing and executing projects.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other database concepts.
