Position: Service Contract and Training Administrator

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Location: Mississauga, ON
Job type: Full Time, Permanent

 

The impact you will have

 

This position is responsible for the regular maintenance of service contracts, including changes in agreement details as well as annual renewals for all Arjo service customers. This position is also responsible for providing administrative/creative support in creating training material and technical resources in collaboration with technical experts.

 

As the Service Contract and Training Administrator you will be responsible for:

 

Service & Contract Management

  • Renew and update annual service agreements.
  • Adjust renewal pricing as necessary.
  • Create new service fields in the ERP system.
  • Process changes to service agreements (equipment, customer, pricing).
  • Handle corporate account requirements, validate agreements, update equipment lists, and ensure proper invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain discount models.
  • Administer the field service platform, including user setup and error corrections.
  • Provide back-office support for field service orders.
  • Keep service information current in the ERP system.
  • Offer additional administrative support across all system areas.

 

Training Administration

  • Develop and maintain training materials for field technicians on repair and preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to create accessible content.
  • Produce various content types, including documents, presentations, videos, and interactive tools.
  • Schedule regular virtual technical training sessions.
  • Provide backup support to the advanced technical support group using ERP and technical knowledge.
  • Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops for field technicians and staff.
  • Perform other duties as required

 

The skills you will need

Skills:

  • ERP system experience, Infor M3 is a plus.
  • Strong Excel, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
  • Computer literacy, including IT concepts, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel for training.
  • Data interpretation and manipulation skills.
  • Some shift work required.

 

Education:

  • 1-3 years of experience, especially as a system administrator with ERP systems.
  • Healthcare industry experience with repair and preventative maintenance is a plus.
  • Experience in launching or training on ERP systems is beneficial.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and long periods of driving.
  • Use of hands for handling objects, tools, or controls
