What is the Opportunity?

An exceptional opportunity now exists for a National Clinical Sales Support Specialist to join our highly driven and successful Sales team.

To become part of this great team, and represent our prestigious brand, we are looking for that unique and dynamic individual who is outgoing, self-motivated and driven.

The role will be working as part of the Sales team and reporting to the National Sales Manager NZ. This position involves clinical sales support and business development around the entire Arjo portfolio.

 

About the Role

The National Clinical Sales Support Specialist is responsible for delivering sales and profitability objectives for their portfolio, working closely with the Account Managers and acting as the clinical expert to support effective opportunity execution and deliver improved patient outcomes throughout New Zealand.

 

Based in Auckland, you will be directly supporting the sales team, and importantly our customers in both the Acute Care and Aged Care (Long Term Care) markets nationally to ensure correct use of our products as well as clinical support and associated troubleshooting.  

 

You will also be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the clinical education & training to new and existing customers.

 

We are interested to hear from Clinicians who want to make a difference within the Mobility and Pressure Injury Prevention areas.

 

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a healthcare discipline (Physio or OT), or nursing background required
  • Ideally experience working within a medical or pharmaceutical organisation but not essential
  • Clinical knowledge in some or all of the following areas; Manual Handling, Wound Care/Pressure Injury Prevention and Critical Care
  • A growth mindset, a belief that you are in control of your own ability, and can learn and improve your personal and professional outcomes
  • Passion for educating others, particularly as it relates to improving mobility outcomes for our customers patients/residents
  • Display a high level of commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a diverse team across the acute and aged care sectors
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer and organisational skills;
  • Exceptional time management, planning and analytical skills;
  • Energetic, highly motivated and results driven;
