About the Role
In this 12-month fixed-term contract, you’ll be on the front line supporting customers across hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Northern NSW.
You will:
• Service and repair Arjo equipment and third-party medical devices
• Carry out preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns
• Troubleshoot faults and deliver effective, timely solutions
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers
• Manage your schedule, reporting, and spare parts inventory
• Identify opportunities to support customers and grow service business
You’ll enjoy a high level of independence, with regional travel and the backing of a collaborative, experienced team.
About You
You’re a practical, hands-on problem solver who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering great service.
You’ll bring:
• Experience in field service, mechanical, or electrical work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused mindset and good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
• Confidence using tools and basic digital systems (iPad/reporting tools)
• A valid NSW driver’s licence
💡 Experience in healthcare or medical devices is highly regarded but not essential—we provide training and support.
