About the role
As a Service Technician, you will deliver preventative and reactive maintenance, repairs and testing of Arjo patient handling equipment and selected third‑party devices across healthcare customers in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment is safe, compliant and fit for use, while providing a professional and reassuring experience for customers in clinical and care environments.

 

What you’ll be doing
•    Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs in line with Arjo specifications
•    Diagnose faults accurately and achieve high first‑time fix rates
•    Test and confirm equipment safety and functionality before handover
•    Record service activity accurately using Arjo’s service systems
•    Maintain van stock and service documentation to required standards
•    Build positive relationships with customers and support their service needs
•    Support regional coverage when required

 

What you’ll bring
•    Experience in field service, maintenance or technical support (healthcare experience desirable)
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
•    A customer‑focused mindset with clear, professional communication
•    Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
•    Confidence using mobile devices and service systems
•    Current QLD C‑Class driver’s licence
