Student Assistant in Marketing at Arjo Norway 

 

Are you a creative and driven student looking to gain valuable marketing experience? Arjo is seeking a student assistant to help strengthen our brand in the Nordic region. Join us in a dynamic and inspiring environment where you can develop your skills and build your professional network!

We are looking for a student who is either at the beginning of their studies and has a few years left, and who wants to gain valuable work experience during their studies. You will work closely with our marketing team and have the opportunity to participate in various projects that strengthen Arjo's brand and market presence. The role has a Nordic focus, which means you will work with marketing activities across the Nordic region.

 

Location: Olso (hybrid work)
Employment Type: Part-time (10-15 hours per week)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support in planning and execution of events, trade shows and conferences
  • Manage and follow up on evaluations of marketing activities
  • Coordinate merchandise and clothing orders for our Nordic team
  • Develop and distribute engaging content for our Nordic Social Media channels
  • Monitor and engage with audience comments and messages on Social Media platforms, fostering community and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, from planning to execution
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Nordic websites, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content

The skills you will need:

  • Ongoing studies in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent communications skills, with fluency in a Nordic language both written and verbal (additional Nordic languages are an advantage)
  • Creative mind-set coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effective with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suit (InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge, Photoshop) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social (Social Media management platform) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is beneficial
