About the Role:
We are seeking a Global HRBP to
• Lead and support the global People Plan for Supply Chain and Product Development & Engineering, in close collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders.
• Act as a strategic HR partner within a global function, contributing to business decisions and ensuring HR strategies support overall results.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across the organization and translate business goals into impactful people initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes, Arjo’s guiding principles, and leadership behaviors are embedded in daily operations.
• Drive global people strategies in areas like retention, workforce planning, and engagement, in partnership with local HR teams.
• Support and lead change and transformation aligned with business and people priorities.
• Own the learning & development agenda for the function, identifying capability needs and leading development initiatives.
• Work in close collaboration with SC and PD&E lead for L&D. Drive leadership and competence development in collaboration with regional and local HR teams.
• Contribute to strategic resource planning together with Finance and the management team.
• Lead recruitment processes for the global function, in close cooperation with local HR, ensuring cultural understanding and alignment with Arjo’s vision.
• Support internal communication structures and, when needed, lead strategic people communication across the global SC and PD&E organization.

To be successful in this position, you will possess:
• Extensive experience in leading strategic and operational HR work in complex, global organizations.
• Proven ability to drive transformation, lead change and implement impactful people strategies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people’s initiatives to business goals.
• Experienced leader with strong skills in competence development, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Brings strategic HR expertise and a proven ability to lead in global, cross-functional environments.
• Confident in navigating cultural diversity and building trust across geographies and functions.
• Analytical and structured, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
