What is the Opportunity?

A great opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and professional Operations Administrator to join our high achieving team based in Eastern Creek NSW. This is a full-time, permanent role.

 

The purpose of the Operations Administrator role is to provide support via all forms of communication to the Arjo customers and clients.

 

We are looking for a person to:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining the kitchen area and managing the inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinating the booking of the training room and showroom areas and maintaining a professional and organised workspace.
  • Maintaining and organise project documentation, ensuring accurate filing, retrieval, and distribution of all important records and files.
  • Enter and update data in various systems, prepare reports, and compile data to support Operations teams.
  • Be the primary point of contact for our Eastern Creek facility emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and maintaining strong communication channels across the all functions of the business.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and travel, ensuring efficient time management and resource allocation for the office and project teams.
  • Provide the customer service team with support where necessary
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations leadership team as needed.

 

The skills you will need:

  • Administration and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
  • High level of communication skills both written and over the phone
  • Excellent people skills required with an ability to develop rapport, demonstrate patience and maintain a level head in periods of stressful situations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks without supervision
  • Able to meet deadlines without prompting or reminder
  • Time management
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a diversity of people, ranging from staff to customers
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Windows operating system and MS Office applications
