Arjo’s Rental Service Operations Supervisor leads day-to-activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation.

Working out of Arjo’s Pittston facility, this operations leader will lead all aspects of Arjo’s Drivers/Field Reps who fulfill rental orders from local hospitals.   

Expected work schedule:  Monday-Friday / first-shift hours

Key day-to-day activities:

• Oversight of operational compliance, tracking of equipment rental orders, coaching Arjo’s Service team.
• Supervision of work assignments and processes to ensure efficient use of product, personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
• Customer site visits in support of Sales and Service activities. Primary contact for Service issues.
• Active role in the interview process for Field Reps/Drivers.
• Provide input in preparation for annual performance evaluations and promotion/assignment considerations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; or related experience.
• 2+ years of Service Leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities.    
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Able to travel overnight 25%.
