We are looking for a person to:
• Network and Influence: Connect with key opinion leaders in the Acute Care sector across the West Melbourne region
• Customer Relationship Management: Engage facility executives to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Market Expansion: Identify new high-growth markets for our innovative products.
• Strategic Planning: Shape our product strategies by translating ideas into action.
• Revenue Generation: Explore new revenue streams for existing product lines.
• Account Management: Grow, maintain, and retain rental and consumable accounts.
The skills you will need:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical sales or a related field within Acute Care.
• Education: Tertiary qualifications in healthcare (nursing background preferred but not essential).
• Mindset: Embrace a growth mindset, continuously learning and improving.
• Consultative Skills: Authentic, active listening, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Passion: For winning and exceeding customer expectations with genuine enthusiasm.
• Sales Record: Proven record of accomplishment as a driver and hunter for sales.
• Market Knowledge: Understand the Acute Care landscape and existing customer relationships.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent time management, planning, and analytical abilities.
• Technology: Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (Desirable: Salesforce).
