What is the Opportunity? 

We have a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity to join our Operations team as a Warehouse Supervisor based in Rowville VIC.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing warehouse, logistics and inventory activities to ensure exceptional service delivery to both internal and external customers. You will provide leadership and support to the Operations team while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and infection control standards.

As a key member of the Operations team, you will be the primary contact for Victorian operational matters relating to inventory management, customer orders, logistics, rental support activities, trial and loan equipment, and warehouse operations.

Your role will involve:

• Supervising day-to-day warehouse, logistics and customer order fulfilment activities;
• Leading and supporting warehouse and operations staff to achieve service, safety and operational targets;
• Managing inventory control processes and maintaining stock accuracy;
• Coordinating logistics equipment, fleet resources and warehouse operations;
• Supporting rental, trial and loan equipment requirements;
• Providing coaching, training and guidance to team members;
• Maintaining compliance with quality, safety and infection control standards;
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years' experience within a warehouse and logistics environment;
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity;
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics and distribution processes;
• Experience using warehouse management systems and ERP platforms such as SAP or equivalent;
• Current Driver's Licence;
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience within the healthcare industry highly regarded;
• Physically fit to safely perform the inherent requirements of the role, including occasional lifting of up to 15kg.
