Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a HR role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.
  • Knowledge of HR software, desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • English proficiency.
  • This position will be based at Bajos de Haina, San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic.
