Requirements:

  • Business Administration, Industrial Engineer Degree or related field
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • ERP system experience desired
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Intermediate English level
  • This job will be based at Bajos de Haina, San Cristóbal, República Dominicana

 

Key Duties and Responsabilities:

•    Materials scheduling
•    Inventory planning
•    Data analysis for decision making
•    Supply & Demand: responsible for maintaining proper inventory in the Supply Chain to fulfill demand requirements
•    ERP system data health / parameters maintenance
•    Engineering change management
•    Work on standardization projects across global Arjo sites
•    Inbound coordination with Transportation department
•    Analyze MRP and follow action messages 
•    Follow company's policy and negotiated terms and conditions for materials ordering process
•    Work closely with production and inventory control to ensure proper (future) purchasing strategies
•    Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships - Supplier Relationship management (SRM)
•    Assist Purchasing department in developing and implementing purchasing strategies for materials.  
•    Support interdepartmental projects
•    Contribute to maintain within targe site's KPIs
•    Other related activities as required
