Position: Procurement Project Manager

Location: Global role, office in Magog or Dominican Republic
Job type: Full time

As Procurement Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Support Development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the cross functional Project Teams to deliver projects on time according to scope and within budget
• Oversee the planning, execution of Procurement projects and Programs from pre-study to implementation
• Ensure continuous and efficient project communication and stakeholder management
• Monitor project/program performance and provide regular status updates to Management and Project Office
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Actively participate in development and implementation project management methodology, standards, tools and processes
• Guiding and motivating teams to achieve project goals
• Ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
• Developing and managing project and program budgets ensuring financial control
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.

The skills you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields
• Business processes knowledge
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead
• Strong knowledge of project management
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical,, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
• Experience from leading projects in international organization
• This position will be based at Bajos de Haina, San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic
