Equipment/Warehouse Associate -- Shrewsbury, MA

Arjo's Equipment Associate is responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, processing, minor repairs, and quality control of Arjo's medical equipment. 

This position will play a key role in ensuring that Arjo's products are in compliance with infection control procedures set forth by the company in accordance with government regulations.

Schedule:  Mon-Fri / 7am-3:30pm

Compensation:  $21 + full benefits

 Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Clean, disinfect, and process medical equipment using cleaners and solvents.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make minor repairs using hand tools. 
  • Preventative maintenance as necessary.  
  • Quality Control checks.
  • Work with the Rental Operations team to ensure products are prepared for patient/customer use. 
  • Adhere to work and safety guidelines and meet required performance standards as defined by the management team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with cleaning, disinfecting, processing and quality checking of equipment preferred.
  • Basic experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems preferred; experience utilizing handheld computing devices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written communication); effectively able to articulate ideas.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
