About the Role
We are seeking a driven and clinically minded Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Singapore team. In this hybrid clinical–commercial role, you will actively promote our medical device portfolio while providing expert clinical support and in‑service training to healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in growing product adoption, driving sales performance, and enhancing patient outcomes across hospitals, clinics, and aged‑care environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell assigned medical devices within designated accounts.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Identify new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
Clinical Support & Training
- Deliver product demonstrations, in‑service training, and onboarding for doctors, nurses, and clinical teams.
- Provide ongoing clinical education to ensure safe and effective product use.
Market & Product Expertise
- Maintain deep knowledge of product features, clinical applications, and competitive offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare practices, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration & Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to incorporate customer insights.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional events.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Update all account activities in Salesforce CRM accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly sales reports for management review and follow‑up actions.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a healthcare‑related field (preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in medical device sales or clinical support.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, and aged-care facilities.
