We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic finance team on a 5-month (Maternity Leave Cover) contract. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform daily accounting duties in AP & AR
• Assist with customer and vendor creation processes
• Responsible for accounts receivable collections and liaise with customers and institutions on collectables
• Work closely with Inventory specialist and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Support stock counts and responsible for inventory reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and statutory requirements
• Assist with office facilities and equipment maintenance
• Provide general administrative support and ad-hoc duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Higher Nitec / Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills and a responsible attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Sage X3 is a plus
