What is the Opportunity?

Due to recent growth in the business, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Inventory Specialist, reporting to the Senior Regional Finance Manager, based out of our Arjo Office, in Techlink/ 10 Mapletree. Singapore. 


About the Role
As the Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall inventory management within the business, and supporting the commercial and service team.

 

The successful candidate will be required to:
•    Perform daily inventory related tasks;
•    Analyse and prepare weekly reports;
•    Support and coordinate with the purchasing team to manage inventory movement;
•    Leading stock count activities;
•    Participate in inventory audits;
•    Identify and resolve inventory-related issues and discrepancies;
•    Ability to multitask, prioritise and efficiently meet deadlines;
•    Have high attention to detail;
•    Ability to work independently as well as work together as a team;
•    A ‘can do’ attitude, takes the initiatives, and the ability to manage your workload;
•    Experience in medical devices would be advantageous;


To be successful in this position, you will possess:
•    Minimum Diploma level or its equivalent;
•    Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in handling inventory control;
•    Demonstrated knowledge of inventory processes and procedures;
•    Experience with Sage X3 is highly desirable but not essential;
•    Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office;
•    Experience with ERP system beneficial;
•    Be able to create and maintain relationships with other staff and customers;
•    Strong communication  and interpersonal skills are essential;
