What is the opportunity?


We are looking for a self-motivated Planning, Ordering & Distribution (POD) coordinator, with an understanding of business operations to facilitate and optimise our business processes. This role is part time (20hrs per week) reporting to our regional Finance & POD Manager and is based in Techlink, Singapore.

 

The POD’s duties will include engaging and analysing financial operations, mediating between internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in streamlining our business operations will help our organization thrive and maximize efficiency and profits.

 

Successful candidates must possess strong analytical skills, thrive under pressure with great people skills. Ultimately, the outstanding POD should integrate and streamline business activities, achieve business goals through set strategies, and have a positive impact on staff productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible in processing orders and invoices for the rental business
  • Liaising and coordinate with end-users on all billing issues pertaining to the rental business
  • Attend to customers' queries and provide general customer support
  • Liaise with customers in getting receivables paid on time
  • Work in close partnership with Rental Operations & Finance Team in meeting business objectives
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel 
  • Meticulous with attention to details
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritize
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
