What is the Opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate, highly driven sales team based in Singapore. 

Reporting to the Country Sales Manager, the primary focus of the role is to actively anticipate and exceed the needs of your customers and clients by offering them the best solutions, impacting both health and financial outcomes.

By providing recommendations and education around Arjo’s portfolio of solutions, you will also be contributing to supporting increased quality of life for residents, patients and caregivers within the Acute Care and Aged Care sectors.

We are looking for a person to:

  • Network widely with key opinion leaders throughout the Singapore healthcare facilities.
  • Lead the conversation with health executives in order to identify, grow, develop and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Identify areas of potential growth and opportunities within the assigned account/channel, primarily Acute Care Hospitals/Long term care in Singapore.
  • See your ideas in action, by developing a strategic plan and business strategies for new products.
  • Explore new frontiers by identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.

 

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Preferably 2 years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing position in a dynamic organisation and sales experience in a local hospital setting. 
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Science, Business or Marketing from an accredited college or university would be an advantage
  • Direct and hands-on experience of Sales and Marketing operations and strictly prior experience in capital equipment
  • Preferable local knowledge of the healthcare market but training and guidance will be provided
  • A dynamic, sales driven and proven track record in sales and understanding the local hospital setting in order to growth the sales of the assigned range of company portfolios. 
  • Independent yet a proven team player
  • A high level of confidence and comfort in various health care/medical settings and environments (i.e. hospitals, long-term care or disability accommodation, mental health facilities)
  • Effective and confident presentation skills to both small and larger groups;
  • Strong computer literacy, especially within our CRM - Sales Force.
  • High level of initiative, personal drive and motivation.
  • Persistent and accountable with a real motivation for sales.
  • Proficient in written and verbal in both English.
