About the Role
As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our equipment is maintained to the highest standards. Reporting to the Senior Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for on-site inspections, maintenance, and repairs of Arjo products across hospitals, nursing homes, and private residences.
Your work will directly support our mission to empower movement and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs
- Respond to breakdown calls and provide timely technical support
- Promote service contracts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure accurate documentation of all service activities
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and company policies
- Represent Arjo professionally and uphold our brand values
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or service sectors
- Technical knowledge; AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
