About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our Aftermarket team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of healthcare equipment, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment.
- Diagnose technical faults and carry out effective troubleshooting.
- Ensure high first-time fix rates and equipment uptime.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and spare parts usage.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment issues and repair progress.
Installation & Commissioning
- Conduct equipment installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.
- Perform operational and installation qualifications to required standards.
- Identify and report any design, installation, or operational issues.
Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with customers through responsive and professional support.
- Provide technical advice and ensure customer satisfaction throughout service engagements.
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow company and customer site procedures, including ISO and Quality Management System standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all workplace safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a field service, maintenance, or technical service role.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing field-based work.
Preferred
- Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
- Experience servicing healthcare, medical, industrial, or capital equipment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and commissioning activities.
