We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations in Singapore and across Singapore. This role ensures high-quality after-sales support, drives service revenue growth, and maintains compliance with regulatory standards. The position involves managing a team of service professionals, optimising operational efficiency, and fostering strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage a high performing service team to deliver high-quality maintenance and technical support for medical devices.
• Drive service revenue through contracts, upgrades, and value-added solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the escalation point for service issues.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align service strategies with business goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship to team members
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
• At least 3 years of experience managing Service Business in the medical device industry,
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage diverse teams across SEA.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and service management software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Occasional travel when needed
