As the [Lean & Project Manager] you will be responsible for:

 

开发和管理公司持续改善业务项目，在预算内准时交付，以支持公司的可持续发展战略。

Support company strategic and sustainable development, develop and manage the continuous improvement projects to be delivered on time within the budget.

 

运用精益生产理念，积极寻求公司潜在的运营提升机会，通过跨部门和与海外工厂的有效合作实现公司的卓越运营和关键业务指标的达成。

Actively look for company potentials for operational excellence and achieve the key business targets by promoting and deploying Lean principles via cross-sites and cross-functional collaboration.

负责项目从启动至最终验收的全过程，包括协调资源，控制时间、进度、预算、花费、质量和风险，组织分阶段评审、批准等。

Responsible for total execution of projects from start to final acceptance and close-out, including resource coordination, control of time, progress, budget, expenditures, quality and risk, organize stage gate reviews and approvals.

负责中国工厂的业务项目管理，包括项目的规划、执行、监控和收尾。

Responsible for the management of business projects in the China factory, including project planning, execution, monitoring and closure.

重点关注工厂运营成本持续优化项目，定期进行成本分析和优化建议。

Focus on continuous optimization of factory operational costs, regularly perform cost analysis and provide optimization suggestions.

执行风险管控来降低项目风险。

Implement risk control to reduce project risks.

利用合适的系统、工具和技术来衡量项目的绩效。

Utilize appropriate systems, tools and technologies to measure project performance.

控制项目成本，花费在预算范围内。
Control project costs to ensure spending stays within budget.

 在一定合理的时期内监控项目转交用户后实施状态并提供相应的技术和信息支持。

 Monitor the implementation status of the project after it is handed over to the user within a reasonable period and provide corresponding technical and information support.

确保项目文件包括分层把关要求、展示、节点批准文件、图纸、会议记录和项目计划完整，更新并保存良好。

Ensure project documents including Stage Gate requirements, presentations, Gate approval documents, drawings, meeting minutes, project schedules are complete, current and stored properly. 

定期向管理层汇报项目最新进展
Regularly report the latest progress of the project to management.
与集团其他海外工厂协作，共享最佳实践，推动全球最佳实践在中国工厂的实施。
Collaborate with other overseas sites in the group, share best practices, and promote the implementation of global best practices in the China factory.
运营精益生产的理念积极寻求持续改善机会，包括流程优化、效率提升等。
Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean principles including process optimization, efficiency improvement, etc.
负责识别组织内的价值，并通过精益管理的方法来优化价值流。
Responsible for identifying value within the organization and optimizing the value stream through lean management methods.
直线经理安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
 

The skills you will need:

拥有项目管理、工程或相关领域（医疗器械行业、电子或机械类）的学士或硕士学位

Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (such as the Medical Device Industry, Electronics, or Mechanical).

具备至少5年的相关工作经验，其中至少3年在工厂环境中的相关经验

At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a factory environment.

具备特定的专业资格证书，例如PMP（项目管理专业人士）或者精益六西格玛认证

Possess specific professional qualifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification.

具备良好的问题发现、分析和解决能力，能够在复杂多变的情况中做出正确的判断和决策

Possess excellent problem identification, analysis, and resolution skills, and be capable of making correct judgments and decisions in complex and changing situations

具备良好的人际关系技能，包括沟通能力、激励能力、交际能力、协调能力等

Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, motivation, social, and coordination skills

自我激励并且能够独自在压力下工作

Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure

优秀的英语听说读写能力

Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
