Senior Automation Engineer

工厂设备进行自动化改造升级以及生产设备数字化、智能化项目的实现,实现生产效率的提升和生产质量的提高。Responsible for automation upgrade for production equipment with digitization and intelligentization to drive efficiency improvement.

对当前工艺和设备进行评估和研究，设计自动化实现方案Evaluate and study existing processes and equipment, and develop automation implementation solutions.

自动化设备、产线成套技术要求编写Technical requirement documentation for automation machine /production line.

为合格设备供应商的选择提供技术支持Provide technical support for vendor sourcing and qualification

负责设备供应商设计方案的评估和确定Responsible for review and confirmation for design specification of new machine

负责监督自动化设备加工制造的过程，确保设备保质、如期交付；Supervise the process of equipment fabrication to ensure the quality of equipment and delivery on time

对接全球制造工厂，梳理自动化需求，并负责中国本地供应商的评估与准入认证工作；Work with global manufacturing sites to understand their automation requirements and assist in China local suppliers’ evaluation and qualification.

其他部门经理安排事项Other task assigned by department manager；

The skills you will  need：
本科及以上学历，自动化相关专业，Bachelor degree or above in Automation engineering
有丰富的电气自动化控制,机械设计等方面的知识Extensive knowledge of electrical automation control, mechanical design, etc
有一定的智能制造、物联网相关知识Knowledge of intelligent manufacturing and Internet of Things
有8年以上自动化设备线规划、设备导入的经验At least 8 years experience in production automation planning and introduction

较强的项目管理 Strong project management ability
良好的英语沟通能力  Good English communication skill
会用Auto CAD软件及PLC 编程软件 Can use Auto CAD software and PLC program
