As the Strategic Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals,
- Building, maintaining relationship and monitoring overall supplier performance,
- Supporting development and execute Strategic Plan including sustainability objectives,
- Analyzing costs, pricing structure and total cost of ownership,
- Negotitating terms and conditions and contract with suppliers,
- Developing supplier recommendation and selection criteria,
- Evaluating market conditions for assigned commodities
- Develop detailed project plans, ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Have a problem-solving aptitude to address challenges during project execution
- Manage relationship with different stakeholder
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Use appropriate verification techiniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Define and optimize procurement process and monitor/control efficiency
- Build quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Skills you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in strategic sourcing or purchasing, preferebly in manufacturing company.
- Strong communicational and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in cost analysis, supplier sourcing benchmarking and qualification
- Very good English language skills, both written and verbal
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
