What is the Opportunity?

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Marketing Communication Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support Arjo Japan’s business objectives, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for our healthcare solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, global marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and impactful campaigns.

We are looking for a person to: 

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, and online advertising.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows to promote Arjo solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize content and messaging.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The skills you will need:

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
