ArjoHuntleigh Healthcare India Pvt Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of Arjo AB Sweden is operating in India for the last 25 years and employing over 200 people in 39 cities. The company deals with products in Pressure Injury Prevention, Venous
Thromboembolism (VTE) Prevention, Medical Beds and Patient Handling; in addition to holding a significant presence in the Diagnostics segment with products like Patient Monitors, Fetal Monitors and Dopplers. Role Purpose
Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting, reporting, and branch administration by managing accounts,
inventory, logistics, and compliance processes, while supporting audits and maintaining internal controls to
facilitate smooth branch operations.
Role Overview
The role involves handling end-to-end branch accounting functions, including journal entries, sales invoicing, bank
reconciliation, tax computations, and accounts payables/receivables. The incumbent will also manage inventory,
fixed assets, logistics, petty cash, and branch administration, while supporting audits, preparing MIS reports, and
ensuring compliance with financial policies and GST regulations. Regular interaction with hospitals, banks, and
internal teams is required to ensure efficient branch operations
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of sales invoices and posting all accounting entries related to branch accounting.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Inventory/FA Management
• Logistics
• Managing petty cash transactions
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process & implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Accounts Payables and Receivables
• Branch Office Administration and operations work.
• Visits to Hospitals/bank as and when required.
• Preparation of E-way Bills.
• Interacting with internal and external clients relating to accounts and finance matters of outstanding, credit / debit notes, deductions etc.
• MIS reports
• Any other work as & when required
Mandatory Skills-
• Sound knowledge and experience in any recognized ERP system, such as SAP, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or SAGE.
• Sound knowledge of e-way bill and its preparations
• MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge.
Qualifications - B. Com (3-year full-time program) with 60% marks throughout education
Experience- 1 years to maximum 4 years in branch accounting; Industrial experience/ Experience in Audit firm
both are preferred.
CTC Offered: As per market standards based on experience / upto 3.5 lpa
