Role Purpose
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of medical equipment by delivering high-quality service, technical support, and maintenance solutions, while enhancing customer satisfaction and driving service revenue through AMC/CMC contracts.
Role Overview
The role involves installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical equipment across assigned accounts, along with providing technical and operational support to customers and channel partners. The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, service documentation, and promoting annual maintenance contracts, while ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to quality and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain medical equipment including patient handling systems, beds, and hygiene solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and repair faults, including basic electronic, PCB, and component-level troubleshooting.
- Promote and drive AMC/CMC contracts to support recurring service revenue.
- Provide technical and operational support to hospital staff, caregivers, and channel partners.
- Ensure proper usage guidance to customers to support patient safety and caregiver efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and system updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, logistics, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards during all service activities.
- Travel within the assigned territory to support customer requirements.
Mandatory Skills-
Knowledge of Basic Testing tools, Basic Electronic Components, Card or PCB Repairs, Knowledge of Microsoft XL/Word, Internet, Good communication skill.
Other Skills-
Problem solving Attitude, Patience and Good Customer management.
Qualifications & Experience: Diploma in Engineering (2 - 3 yrs) OR BE with 2 years of experience
CTC Offered: As per market standards based on the experience OR 3 LPA
