Position: Key Account Specialist CEE Distributors
Location: Poland (preferably candidates residing near an airport to support frequent business travel within the CEE region). The office based in Warsaw

This exciting opportunity comes with full training and support, allowing you to support our CEE Distributors and the end-users with the promotion of our medical solutions, including beds, mattresses, couches, baths, trolleys, hoists and DVT prevention.

This “roll-up your sleeves” position requires a sales professional with high energy and the ability to engage with all levels of customers (caregivers to executives).
Role Purpose:
Supporting the implementation of Arjo’s sales plans, through day-to-day operational support for the indirect business in CEE Distribution markets and monitoring of Distributors’ sales activities, including oversight of the fulfilment of contracts.
The role includes, in particular, maintaining high-quality data and sales process discipline in the CRM system (Salesforce), providing ongoing support to distributors in product selection and configuration, preparing and coordinating the quotation and ordering process, and conducting regular field visits (at least twice a month) to Distributors to hold joint meetings at hospitals, strengthen sales activities, and accelerate project implementation in line with ARJO’s strategy.
As A Key Account Specialist CEE Distributors, you will be responsible for:
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and key performance indicators within the expected time frame.
- Generate new sales opportunities by visiting at least two Distributors per month, engaging with their customers, analysing needs, and prioritizing Distribution markets.
- Organizing regular conference calls with the distributors to monitor their activities and motivate them to take active business actions on behalf of ARJO.
- Supporting Distributors in selecting product ranges and configuring products suitable for their projects.
- Documenting all planned activities, sales meeting logs, market and Distributor information, sales opportunities, and lists of projects and offers via the CRM system.
- Presenting and promoting ARJO’s offerings to Distributors in accordance with company strategy and utilizing available promotional materials.
- Maintaining Project Pipeline in Salesforce - data completeness, staging, forecasts, updates, and monitoring.
- Preparing quotes based on the current price list and verifying product configurations.

Skills you will need:
Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B account management, full-cycle sales experience, preferably within healthcare market
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare markets, professional / trade associations, and key companies
- Ability to influence externally with key customers and accounts, and internally with organization
- Proven experience of leading commercial negotiations, tenders and agreements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, active listening
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI and another database/ERP concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Salesforce.com
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required
- Fluent in Polish & English – written and verbal
Additional language would be an advantage (Turkish, Hebrew, Greek, Romanian)
