Position: Intern in the Quality and Medical Device Safety Department
Location: Komorniki near Poznań
Job Type: Internship, minimum 3 months (at least 20 hours per week)

Would you like to gain practical experience in the field of medical device safety? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Quality and Medical Device Safety Department. This is a great opportunity to learn about regulatory processes and databases used in the medical device industry while working closely with experienced specialists.
As an Intern in the Quality and Medical Device Safety Department, you will be responsible for:
- Registering substances classified as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) for our products in the ECHA SCIP database.
- Collecting and validating product data to ensure accurate and complete submissions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to secure relevant information about materials and components.
- Documenting processes in accordance with internal quality requirements.
- Supporting general quality assurance and regulatory compliance tasks as needed.
You will receive appropriate training and ongoing support to help you confidently carry out your tasks.
Skills and experience you will need:
- Student or graduate status, preferably in technological or chemical fields.
- Ability to communicate in English at a level enabling fluent communication (including working with systems and with an international manager).
- Ability to communicate in Polish.
- Strong attention to detail and an organized way of working.
- Willingness to learn new systems and regulatory procedures.
- Interest in working with data and administrative tasks.
- Experience with ECHA or SCIP is not required – full training will be provided.
- Interest in chemistry, regulations, or quality systems will be an additional advantage.
