Position: Procurement Project Manager

Location: Global role, office in Poznań

Job type: Full time

 

As Procurement Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • support development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals,
  • lead the cross functional Project Teams to deliver projects on time according to scope and within budget,
  • oversee the planning, execution of Procurement projects and Programs from pre-study to implementation,
  • ensure continuous and efficient project communication and stakeholder management,
  • monitor project/program performance and provide regular status updates to Management and Project Office,
  • identifying, assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle,
  • actively participate in development and implementation project management methodology, standards, tools and processes,
  • guiding and motivating teams to achieve project goals,
  • ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications,
  • developing and managing project and program budgets ensuring financial control,
  • foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.

 

The skills you will need:

  • bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields,
  • business processes knowledge,
  • proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead,
  • strong knowledge of project management,
  • fluency in English,
  • fluency in Polish,
  • leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively,
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus,
  • experience from leading projects in international organization.
